RECOVER + SPECIALTY Class Series SHARE

RECOVER is a mind-body reboot. Stretch, roll, and breathe in a small format class focusing on trigger point therapy. This class is ideal for recovery days or in combination with a high intensity class.
CLASS DETAILS: 30 minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps
TECHNIQUE is a pure boxing training experience. Use footwork, shadowboxing, and offensive and defensive drills to develop proper boxing technique. Equipment may include heavy bags, uppercut bags, speed bags, double end bags and jump ropes.
CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. All levels welcome. Maximum of 30 people per class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
STRENGTH focuses on learning and practicing proper technique, building strength and improving muscular endurance. A few exercises from the TRAIN Series will be taught and performed at a high volume while learning about the right tools for the movement.

Our EverybodyFights all-levels yoga class—YOGA allows you to round out your Training Camp with the perfect dose of mind-body strength and balance. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and reduce stress with this all-levels Vinyasa-style practice against the backdrop of our yogis’ favorite playlists.
CLASS DETAILS: 60 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Mats provided. All levels welcome. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
SPARRING is designed to teach the fundamentals of sparring and allow you to take your training to the next level. Participants must be USA Boxing Certified and an active USA Boxing member. Required gear includes headgear, 18 or 20 oz gloves, a mouth guard and groin protector. Participants DO NOT have to spar – all are encouraged to come watch, learn, and spend time with fellow fighters.
CLASS DETAILS: Gloves (18 or 20 oz), wraps, headgear, mouthguard and groin protector (men required; women optional) are required. Must be USA Boxing Certified to spar. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
LIVE is a fitness party, adding a Live DJ to the TRAIN class. Dance your way through the circuit, which includes strength, cardio and boxing components. Stations may include suspension, rowers, bikes, boxing bags, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, running, and more.
